About the Men's Class

PhysioYoga Class is for anyone in need of better core-stability, flexibility, endurance and strength.

Jane’s classes are for men of all ages with niggling physical ailments inhibiting their flexibility, endurance and strength.

Jane’s classes focus on fitness for strength, neuro-muscular gain and joint stability through range both spinal and limbs. The class is a great addition to facilitate your other sports – ocean or land based or as a stand-alone work-out. The class is about creating balance and stability in the whole body, making you stronger and more aware of how to manage any injuries or limitations – and it’s fun!

PhysioYoga is based on the principals of Hatha Yoga with a clinical Physiotherapy base. Involving yoga-inspired poses and exercises that target your musculoskeletal, neural and cardiovascular systems. Relaxation and breathing techniques help improve your body awareness and increase lung compacity and oxygen- exchange for optimal performance in everyday life.

About Jane

Jane is a physiotherapist and yoga teacher with more than 25 years’ experience in treatment, yoga and exercise-prescription training.

She has worked with back and neck disorders, musculoskeletal injuries in Australia, Dubai, Denmark, USA, England and Hong Kong. Her main interest and experience are with yoga-rehab programs and exercise-prescription training.

Post graduate courses have focused on movement dysfunction, exercise as medicine, yoga-therapy and philosophy.

Her main passion is teaching PhysioYoga Rehab classes which combines physiotherapy and yoga understanding regarding back and neck pain, postural problems, sport and musculoskeletal injuries and injury prevention.

Monday Classes

Every Monday morning at 9am for 1 hour.

Classes are on the following dates in 2024:

  • 16, 23 and 30 September
  • 7, 14, 21 and 28 October
  • 4, 11, 18 and 25 November
  • 2, 9 and 16 December

$25 per class or $200 for 10 classes
